How To Use DTF Gang Sheet Builder

Our online DTF Gang Sheet Builder makes it easy to upload, size, duplicate, and arrange multiple designs on one print-ready sheet. Follow these steps to create your custom gang sheet correctly and avoid production delays.

Step 1: Choose Your Gang Sheet Size

Select the gang sheet width and length that best fits the number and size of transfers you need.

If you are unsure which length to choose, estimate the size and quantity of your designs before starting. You can select a larger sheet if you need additional space.

Step 2: Open the Gang Sheet Builder

Click the Build Your Gang Sheet button on the product page. The selected sheet size should open inside the online builder.

For easier editing and more accurate placement, we recommend using a desktop computer or tablet with a larger screen.

Step 3: Upload Your Artwork

Upload your designs into the builder. For the best printing quality, use:

• High-resolution PNG files

• Transparent backgrounds

• Approximately 300 DPI at the final print size

• Clean artwork without stray pixels or unwanted backgrounds

Avoid screenshots, blurry images, and low-resolution files.

Step 4: Set the Exact Design Size

Select each design and enter the exact width or height you want printed. Check the dimensions carefully because your artwork will be printed based on the size shown in the builder.

Do not estimate size only by looking at the screen. Always confirm the actual measurement in inches.

Step 5: Duplicate Your Designs

If you need multiple copies of the same transfer, use the Duplicate or Copy option. Confirm the quantity of each design before completing your gang sheet.

Duplicating designs inside the builder is faster and more accurate than uploading the same file repeatedly.

Step 6: Arrange the Gang Sheet

Move and rotate your designs to use the available space efficiently. Place smaller designs around larger artwork to reduce empty areas.

Make sure:

• Designs do not overlap

• Nothing extends outside the sheet boundary

• Every design is the correct size

• There is enough room to cut around each transfer

• No artwork is hidden behind another design

We recommend leaving approximately 0.25 inch between designs when cutting space is needed.

Step 7: Check Artwork Quality

Review any resolution or quality warnings displayed by the builder. A low-resolution warning means the design may print blurry or pixelated at the selected size.

Reducing the print size may improve the effective resolution. Enlarging a low-quality image will not make it clearer.

Also check for:

• Unwanted backgrounds

• Rough edges

• Semi-transparent pixels

• Small text

• Thin lines

• Glows and drop shadows

• Missing design elements

Step 8: Review the Entire Gang Sheet

Zoom in and inspect the complete sheet before submitting it. Confirm the sizes, quantities, spelling, colors, orientation, spacing, and artwork quality.

Your gang sheet is generally printed as submitted, so this final review is important.

Step 9: Save and Add to Cart

When your gang sheet is complete, click the builder’s Save, Confirm, or Add to Cart button. Wait for the design to finish processing before closing the page or proceeding to checkout.

Confirm that the correct gang sheet size and quantity appear in your cart.

Step 10: Complete Your Order

Enter your contact, delivery, and payment information at checkout. After placing the order, keep your confirmation details for reference.

If we identify an obvious file issue, we may contact you. However, customers remain responsible for submitting accurate, print-ready artwork.

Important Artwork Reminder

Before ordering, confirm that:

• Your files have transparent backgrounds

• Every design is correctly sized

• No designs overlap

• All artwork stays inside the sheet

• Images are high resolution

• Spelling and quantities are correct
