1. What is a DTF transfer?

A Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer is a full-color design printed onto a special film and applied to fabric using a heat press. DTF transfers can produce vibrant colors, fine details, and durable results on many types of apparel.

2. What fabrics can I use DTF transfers on?

DTF transfers work well on many fabrics, including cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, and other compatible materials. We recommend testing the transfer first when working with specialty, coated, or heat-sensitive fabrics.

3. What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on one larger sheet. You can include different logos, sizes, and artwork as long as everything fits within the selected gang sheet dimensions. Gang sheets are an efficient option for businesses, clothing brands, and bulk apparel projects.

4. What artwork file should I upload?

For the best printing results, upload a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. Artwork should preferably be created at the final printing size and have a resolution of approximately 300 DPI. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or screenshot-quality images.

5. Will you remove the background from my artwork?

Your file should be submitted print-ready with the background already removed, unless artwork assistance has been arranged before ordering. Contact us before placing your order if your design needs background removal or additional editing.

6. Do the transfers arrive ready to press?

Yes. Our custom DTF transfers are supplied ready for heat application. You will need a suitable heat press and must follow the pressing instructions provided with your order or product listing.

7. Can I use a household iron to apply DTF transfers?

A professional heat press is strongly recommended because it provides consistent temperature and pressure. A household iron may not apply even heat or pressure, which can lead to lifting, incomplete adhesion, or reduced durability.

8. How do I choose the correct transfer size?

Measure the intended print area on the garment before ordering. Consider the garment type, placement, and wearer size. Common placements include left chest, full front, full back, sleeve, and pocket areas. Always confirm your measurements because screen previews may not represent the exact printed size.

9. Do you resize or correct artwork automatically?

Artwork is generally printed according to the file and size submitted. Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, dimensions, colors, transparency, image quality, and overall layout before completing an order. Contact us before ordering if you need help preparing your file.

10. How long will my order take?

Production time can vary depending on the product, order quantity, artwork quality, and current workload. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your requested completion date is available.

11. Do you print custom banners?

Yes. We offer custom banner printing for businesses, events, celebrations, promotions, organizations, and personal projects. When requesting a quote, provide the required banner size, quantity, artwork, and completion date.

12. Do you create custom stickers?

Yes. We produce custom stickers for branding, packaging, promotions, products, events, and personal use. Contact us with your desired size, quantity, shape, and artwork details for assistance.

13. Can I place a large or bulk order?

Yes. We welcome custom and bulk printing requests. Contact us with your product type, dimensions, quantity, artwork, and required date so we can review your project and provide the correct information.

14. Can I visit your Decatur location?

15. What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
